Join herbalist and registered dietitian Alyssa DeBord for a hands-on exploration of edible and medicinal herbs of Spring.
This class will include:
- plant walk covering medicinal and edible species grown on our property
- introduction to herbal energetics and medicinal properties of plants
- harvesting of violet, dandelion, chickweed, and more.
- preparing herbal infused honey, vinegar, and cooking oil to take home

creating a nourishing meal together with wild and cultivated plants
