This bread from our experimental series is a caffeine lover's dream! We work freshly-brewed Backroom Coffee and Ohio maple syrup into the bread-making process. This creates an incredibly aromatic and flavorful loaf topped with just the right amount of Maldon salt.
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, coffee, organic maple syrup, sea salt, wild yeast, organic rice flour.
