Seaworthy is a microbakery based in Granville, Ohio, offering organic, hand-mixed sourdough bread, bialys, and other baked goods. Our menu frequently changes, depending on the season and inspiration. We make our bread in the old world style - naturally leavened with wild yeast and fermented for at least 20 hours.

Many of our offerings feature flours milled fresh in-house from locally sourced grain, as well as wildcrafted and homegrown herbs and flowers. We are committed to supporting our local foodshed by choosing grains and ingredients from fellow artisans and Ohio farmers wherever possible.
